Refund policy
1. Returns for Online Purchases
1.1 We accept returns for eligible online purchases within 30 days from the date of delivery.
1.2 To initiate a return, you must contact us at gameonprinton@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
1.3 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered returns.
1.4 Returned items must meet the Condition of Item(s) requirements stated in Section 4.
1.5 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be processed in accordance with Section 7 on Cash Refunds.
2. Exchange for Online Purchases
2.1 We accept exchanges for eligible online purchases within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2.2 To initiate an exchange, you must contact us at gameonprinton@gmail.com with your order details and the item you wish to exchange it for.
2.3 Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and receiving the replacement item.
2.4 Exchanged items must meet the Condition of Item(s) requirements stated in Section 4.
2.5 An item that has been exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
3. Returns and Exchanges for Purchases at In-Person Pop-Ups, Events, and Markets
3.1 Items purchased at our in-person pop-ups, events, or markets are eligible for exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
3.2 Customers must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) when requesting an exchange.
3.3 Exchanges for in-person purchases can be made either in person at a designated event/location or via mail. If exchanging via mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
3.4 All exchanges for in-person purchases are final. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
3.5 Items sold through third-party online platforms are subject to the respective platform’s return and exchange policies (for e.g. Shopee or Lazada). Please refer to their terms for more details.
4. Condition of Item(s) for Returns and Exchanges
4.1 To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
● Be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
● Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
● Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
4.2 We reserve the right to inspect all returned or exchanged items and may reject a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions. If a return or exchange is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
5.1 The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Custom-made or personalised items (including made-to-order products).
● Digital products (including eBooks, templates, and downloadable files)
● Services that have already been rendered.
● Clearance or sale items, which are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
5.2 If an item is listed as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase, this policy will apply regardless of the reason for return.
6. Damages and Issues
6.1 Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6.2 To process a return or exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, please provide:
● A clear photo of the item showing the defect or damage.
● A photo of the packaging (if applicable).
● Your order number and details.
6.3 If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion. We may require you to return the damaged or incorrect item before processing the resolution.
6.4 Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper storage/handling are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
7. Cash Refunds
7.1 We offer cash refunds only in specific cases, and all refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7.2 Refunds will be granted in the following situations:
● The item is out of stock, and no replacement or exchange is available.
● The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and an exchange is not possible.
● A refund is required by law under specific consumer protection regulations.
7.3 If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7.4 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
