1. Order Processing
1.1 Once an order is placed, we require 5-7 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment. This timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays.
1.2 If you place an order during a high-volume period (such as sales, promotions, or holiday seasons), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
1.3 You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
1.4 If an item in your order is out of stock or requires additional processing time, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
1.5 If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
2. Delivery Options (Local - Singapore)
2.1 We offer the following delivery options for orders within Singapore:
Standard Delivery
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after order processing.
- Cost: Flat rate of S$3.00.
- Delivered via SingPost with tracking.
2.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or high order volumes.
2.3 If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notice for redelivery or collection at a designated location.
2.4 We currently do not offer self-collection or pickup options unless otherwise stated.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to check the status of your shipment.

Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to selected international locations. At checkout, you can enter your address to see if we deliver to your country. If your country is not listed, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
A: No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address when placing your order to avoid delays or cancellations.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at gameonprinton@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Yes, international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [your support email]. We will work with the courier to locate your package. However, we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or my item is damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or return.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, but we are happy to include a gift note upon request.
Do you accept pre-orders or backorders?
Yes! For pre-orders or backordered items, we provide an estimated shipping time on the product page. If you order multiple items, your entire order may be shipped together once the pre-ordered item is available.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
